Where seojeek comes from.

I started in search engine optimization in 2010, which is where the name seojeek comes from. I paired a degree in finance with learning to code, and grew into a full-stack engineer. Since then I've taken on all kinds of projects, for small, mid-size and large companies.

SEO taught me that people aren't the only readers of a page. Search engines read it too, and they reward structure, speed and accuracy over polish. That habit stayed with me: I want to understand how something is actually read and used before I decide what to build.

Today that means building and maintaining software that operations depend on: payments and accounting for a national medical fundraising nonprofit, resource management for transit operations, a regulated retirement tool.
